Qualcon is AOQ’s annual National Quality Conference. It’s objective is to provide a forum for speakers and delegates from organisations with similar or related interests to exchange ideas and increase networking opportunities.

Focusing on practical and hands-on experience, topics at Qualcon 2011 will include a combination of Author presentations and the Quality teams competition.

As a special feature at Qualcon 2011, concurrent programme will be run which will encourage continual improvement teams – Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma™ to present their improvement projects. Projects will align to
ISO 9001:2008 and ISO TS16949. Teams will be recognised with awards and prizes.

The program includes a conference dinner at which the AOQ Juran Medal Foley Award and Shilkin Prize for personal recognition will be presented.
